The Payroll Specialist is responsible for managing end-to-end payroll processing for Singapore-based clients, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely salary disbursements. This role requires strong knowledge of Singapore payroll regulations, statutory contributions, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

  • Payroll Processing: Manage end-to-end payroll cycles, ensuring accurate and timely salary computation and disbursement
  • Statutory Compliance: Handle CPF contributions, IRAS submissions, and other Singapore statutory requirements

  • Data Management: Maintain and update employee payroll records, including compensation, deductions, and benefits
  • Reporting: Prepare payroll reports, reconciliations, and support month-end and year-end processes
  • Issue Resolution: Address payroll-related inquiries and resolve discrepancies efficiently
  • Coordination: Work closely with HR, finance teams, and clients to ensure payroll accuracy and compliance

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field (preferred but not required)
  • Experience: 3+ years of payroll experience, preferably handling Singapore payroll
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in payroll systems and tools, MS Excel, and knowledge of CPF, IRAS, and local regulations
  • Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Language: Proficient in English (written and verbal)
