En collaboration avec le contrôleur et le gestionnaire senior des RH, vous serez le principal responsable du traitement des paiements et des avantages sociaux et veillerez à la conformité des opérations de paie aux politiques fédérales et provinciales ainsi qu'à la convention collective. Vous serez également responsable de la vérification de la facturation, du traitement des factures dans SAP et du suivi des paiements effectués.
This position is integral to the unit with responsibilities focused on payroll but includes other responsibilities in payroll and billing. Working with the Controller and Senior HR Manager, you will be the principal force processing payments and benefits and ensure payroll operations is compliant with federal and provincial policies as well as the collective bargaining agreement. Other responsibilities will include auditing billing as well as processing invoices in SAP and tracking that payments are made.
