  Coaches and develops current associates
  guided by Service Team Manager’s assessments and recommendations as well as on-boarding of new associates.

  Serves as subject
  matter expert for technical enquiries.

Qualifications:

• 
  A diploma / degree in commerce / human
  resources or any related qualification / experience.

Experience:

• 
  5+ years payroll experience
  handling complex set-ups / elite clients on
  Sage300
  and/or Premier payroll systems
• 
  Experience in a Payroll
  Outsourcing environment essential
