The Payroll Specialist performs payroll, accounting, and administrative duties to support various departments within Quest. Comply with all state and federal regulations as it pertains to timekeeping, tax payments, garnishments, or levies. This position ensures accurate, timely employee pay and regulatory compliance by processing timekeeping data, calculating wages, deductions (tax/benefits), and maintaining records. The Payroll Specialist will address payroll discrepancies, support audits, and manage employee’s inquiries, often requiring knowledge of multi-state wage and hour laws. The chosen candidate will be coordinating with the Finance and HR departments to process payroll for new employees as well as those terminating employment. The Payroll Specialist manages highly confidential material and will be held accountable to the utmost integrity.

The hourly range for this position is $28.00 – 35.00 per hour based on experience. Quest recognizes 24 pay periods per calendar year.
