Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Facilitate and administer employee compensation
• Calculate employees' compensation (salary, pension, bonus, etc.)
• Update internal payroll databases and ensure timely payments
• Verify employees' work hours and payment through the payroll system
• Issue deductions, earnings, and other statements to employees, and update payroll records regularly

Job Requirements:

• University degree in Economics, Organizational Sciences, or a related field
• 1+ years of relevant experience in international payroll
• Fluent English language skills for effective communication with colleagues
• Hands-on experience with HRIS and accounting software
• Knowledge of wage withholding orders
• Accurate data entry skills with great attention to detail
• Effective time management skills to meet deadlines
• Professional demeanor in all interactions
• Initiative to learn and grow within the role
