The Payroll Team is the backbone of our operations, ensuring that payroll—both Belgian and international—is handled. They provide complete compensation and workflow management solutions, allowing organizations and their employees to thrive, without the stress of worrying about the correct pay-out of their salaries

• You are part of a team of specialists that unite their knowledge in implementing and handling payroll processing for Belgian and international clients. You ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, with an end-to-end focus
• You contribute to improving and automating payroll processes
• You supervise the transactional work of junior colleagues
• You build close relationships with your clients and help solving all their problems
• You have ownership of day-to-day deliverables to your clients, able to apply in depth knowledge of your files

To qualify for the role you must demonstrate skills and experience in the following:

• Bachelor’s degree with 1-3 years relevant payroll expertise
• You are eager to work in an international environment
• You are curious, eager to learn and develop yourself broadly. You thrive on getting things done
• You are triggered to work in a fast paced, challenging and varied environment
• You have an open, creative, entrepreneurial, enthusiastic and flexible mindset
• You have a practical and hands-on attitude and you know how to use technology to improve payroll processes
• You are fluent in English and either French or Dutch
