Based at North Ryde, this newly created leadership role offers the opportunity to lead a small team, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and partner with stakeholders across the organisation to deliver an exceptional payroll experience.
As Boral continues to evolve and enhance its Payroll function, we are investing in a stronger operating model focused on service excellence, efficiency and continuous improvement.
Reporting to the Head of Payroll, you will lead a small team of Payroll Support Officers and act as the key escalation point for complex payroll matters. You'll combine strong technical payroll expertise with leadership capability to improve processes, strengthen governance and deliver meaningful outcomes for both employees and the business.
