Job Description

  • Maintains accurate records of payroll documentation and transactions.
  • Resolves payroll-related inquiries and concerns.
  • Audits on all Employee's payroll documents (Joiners, leavers, Etc.)
  • Updates payroll information for promotions, transfers, terminations, and new hires.
  • Prepares migration sheets and uploads them on the system.
  • Audits on payroll sheet after migration as a first reviewer.
  • Audits on colleagues' payroll sheets as a second reviewer.
  • Prepare reconciliation and final sheets after confirmation from the LOBs concerned department.
  • Prepare bank transfer sheets and upload them to the system.
  • Prepare, review, and upload payroll sheets on the system.

Job Requirements

  • Financial and Numerical skills
  • Expert in MS Office
  • Good knowledge of the Egyptian Labor Law.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
  • 1 Year Experience in HR Payroll.
