
Payroll Project Compliance Coordinator
The Payroll Project Compliance Coordinator role is focused on acting as an operational extension of the payroll team and supporting project labor compliance by ensuring employee time reporting, job classifications, and cost coding are complete, accurate, and aligned with prevailing wage and union requirements. Facilitate timely certified payroll reporting, maintain subcontractor compliance, and support audit readiness while ensuring adherence to project and regulatory deadlines.

Compensation:
The minimum and maximum hourly rate of pay that O’Connell Electric Company, Inc. believes in good faith to be accurate for this position at the time of this posting is between $24.00 to $29.00 per hour.
