Payroll Operations Sr Expert

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Accurate, on-time Payroll runs.
• Execution insulated from close pressure.
• Reliable downstream inputs.
• Fewer recurring Payroll issues over time.
• Semi-monthly payroll processing.
• Earnings, deductions, benefits administration.
• Payroll master data maintenance.
• Ops reporting.
• Calendar/cutoff management.

WHO YOU ARE

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, or related.
• 3–7+ yrs supporting financial systems.
• 2+ yrs supporting financial Payroll processes.
• Advanced English (C1) is required.
• Strong knowledge of GL and Controlling activities Preferred: Workday Financials, SAP, Paylocity.
• A valid visa is required due to the travel requirements of the role.
