Job Description

Executes end-to-end payroll processes for assigned countries or employee populations. Reviews and validates payroll inputs, ensures payroll accuracy and compliance with local legislation, responds to employee and stakeholder inquiries, and partners with internal teams and external payroll providers to deliver timely payroll services. Contributes to continuous improvement and standardization initiatives within the Managed Services organization.

  • Execute end-to-end payroll processes for assigned countries or employee populations in accordance with payroll calendars and service level agreements.
  • Review and validate payroll inputs, including time and attendance, variable pay, employee data changes, and statutory deductions.
  • Ensure payroll is processed accurately, timely, and in compliance with company policies and local legislative requirements.
  • Review payroll reports and registers to identify and resolve discrepancies before payroll finalization.
  • Partner with third-party payroll providers to ensure accurate payroll processing and timely issue resolution.
  • Respond to employee, manager, and stakeholder payroll inquiries, providing timely and professional support.
  • Educate and support employees and managers on payroll processes, policies, and Time & Attendance systems.
  • Perform payroll audits and data validation activities to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Investigate payroll discrepancies, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
  • Prepare payroll reports, reconciliations, and supporting documentation as required.
  • Maintain accurate payroll documentation and standard operating procedures for assigned countries.

Experience

  • Working knowledge of payroll operations, payroll legislation, tax, and social security regulations.
  • Experience using payroll and HR systems.
  • Typically requires a Bachelor's degree and 2–4 years of payroll experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Support the implementation of new payroll policies, processes, and system enhancements.
  • Contribute to payroll process simplification, standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, data privacy regulations, and statutory obligations.
