As a HR Employee Servicing Professional in Payroll operations you deliver a best in class, simplified, and personalized experience to current and former employees in support of their HR needs. You interact with all employee types at various levels on a range of topics and/or issues using strong attention to detail, thoughtfulness, and empathetic support. You adhere to company policy and guidelines in support of our mission to make dreams possible for everyone, everywhere, every day.

Job responsibilities

• Payroll processing for APAC locations, ensuring accurate and timely payroll
• Co-ordinate with various stakeholders for payroll & offboarding inputs/documents, fundings to ensure deliverables are met.
• Follow agreed SOP in day to day operations and look for ways of improving processes
• Excellent organization & time management skills. Should exercise good judgment in prioritizing deliverables for oneself and team
• Very strong calculation / analytical skills
• Tax Year-end activities to meet regulatory timelines and reporting
• Good communication and presentation skills, verbal and written
• Escalate issues in a timely and effective manner
• Handling External and Internal Audits
• Identify / encourage process improvement opportunities
• Should be flexible to adapt changes, multi task in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Graduate with minimum 5 years of experience
• Demonstrated analytical skills including attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and Intelligent Automation applications
  

Work schedule

• Must be able to work flexible hours Monday through Friday and some schedules may include Saturday
