Responsibilities
Lead the hiring, development, and management of the Regional Payroll operations team in the Americas.
Own core operations for payroll delivery, tax compliance, adherence to local regulations and to meet global indicator targets.
Drive the implementation of projects and systems aimed at process optimization, user experience, and change management.
Spearhead project development and execution, including defining priorities, adhering to deadlines and milestones, and ensuring quality and compliance of deliverables.
Manage payroll vendors and foster relationships with local government tax authorities.
Lead legal and compliance audits related to income taxes, social security, and benefits.
Partner with cross-functional teams to improve operational accuracy and efficiency and enhance the employee experience.

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $291013 - $301013 annually.
