Your New Role…
Join Warner Bros. Discovery as an EMEA Payroll Operations Analyst within the Global Business Services, People & Culture Shared Services Payroll Operations team.
In this role, you will support accurate and compliant payroll delivery across EMEA, working closely with our global payroll provider and internal stakeholders. You will play a key part in payroll execution, issue analysis, audits, and continuous process improvement in a dynamic, international environment.

Your Role Accountabilities…
Ensure accurate and timely execution of payrolls across EMEA in cooperation with the outsourced payroll provider (Safeguard)
Act as the main point of contact for payroll-related matters, including employee queries, benefits, and payroll tools
Manage payroll tickets and resolve payroll, payment, and compliance-related issues
Compile, analyze, and document payroll issues to identify root causes and support continuous improvements
Support internal and external audits and prepare required payroll documentation
Participate in payroll testing, system enhancements, and special projects
Qualifications and Experience…
Proven experience in payroll operations supporting EMEA markets, including handling sensitive and confidential data
Proven experience working in a shared services or large, complex international organization (preferred)
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience; payroll certification is a plus
Proven experience with payroll systems such as Workday HR, Safeguard, SAP, PeopleSoft, including integrations and mass data loads (EIB)
Strong knowledge of payroll, compensation, benefits, and statutory requirements across EMEA countries
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with HR, Finance, and Legal teams
Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage

Hybrid Working - This role is advertised as a Hybrid work model, that combines remote and in-office work, following our current company policy and to be agreed with your Line Manager.
