Play a vital role in ensuring pay runs are delivered accurately and on time. Beyond the numbers and remuneration, you’ll be involved in compliance, onboarding as we bring new team members into the business and identifying new improvements to processes. About the role:

  • Take ownership of processing weekly and monthly pay runs
  • Work with the relevant business units to understand roles, awards, and pay complexities
  • Ensure ongoing legislative and award compliance through proactive auditing
  • Support readiness for statutory changes (including Pay Day Super)
  • Liaise with HR Business Partners on related employee matters (including appointments, terminations, and remuneration changes)
  • Support with the enhancement of payroll process and workflows in Dayforce
  • Perform other adhoc payroll duties as required

About you:

  • 3+ years’ experience in Payroll (preferably in a medium to large organisation)
  • Demonstrable experience in EA and Modern Award interpretation
  • Experience with payroll and time and attendance systems (Dayforce desirable)
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (including Excel and Outlook)
  • High level customer/stakeholder orientation
