This role offers a unique opportunity to lead payroll delivery across North America and Latin America, partner with a global outsourcing provider, and help shape the future of payroll through technology, governance, and operational excellence
The Opportunity
As the Western Hemisphere Payroll Manager, you will lead payroll operations across the United States, Canada, Mexico, Brazil, Colombia, Chile, and Argentina, ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely payroll delivery for a diverse workforce.
You will operate at the intersection of payroll operations, technology, compliance, and transformation, overseeing payroll teams while collaborating with our strategic partner Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) who support pre-payroll and post-payroll processing activities
