· Build and develop a future regional payroll team while working as part of a collaborative international Finance function
The team
You'll join our international Finance team and report directly to the Director Payroll Operations Europe, based in the Netherlands. Working closely with Payroll, P&O, Finance and external payroll providers, you'll play a key role in delivering payroll excellence across the Belgium, Netherlands and France regions. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape payroll operations during a significant payroll transformation programme while supporting business growth across multiple countries
What we’re looking for
· Proven payroll management experience across the BeNeFra region.
· Strong knowledge of statutory payroll regulations, compliance requirements and reporting obligations.
· Experience working with global providers or other large-scale payroll platforms; implementation experience is highly desirable
· Demonstrable experience of payroll testing, parallel runs, reconciliations and payroll change projects.
· Excellent stakeholder management, communication and problem-solving skills, with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail
