The team
You will join our international Finance team and report directly to the Director of Payroll Operations Europe, based in the Amsterdam office. Working across the Med/CEE region, you will collaborate closely with Finance, P&O, external payroll providers and project stakeholders to deliver a high-quality payroll service. This is an exciting opportunity to influence payroll transformation, support system implementation activities and help establish best-in-class payroll operations across multiple countries.
What we’re looking for
· Proven payroll management experience across Spain is essential with any other Regions in the Med/CEE region being highly advantageous.
· Strong knowledge of statutory payroll legislation, compliance requirements and payroll reporting.
· Experience working with global providers or other large-scale payroll platforms; implementation experience is highly desirable
· Demonstrable experience supporting payroll testing, UAT activities, parallel runs and payroll reconciliations.
· Excellent stakeholder management, communication, analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong attention to detail
