Your Impact
You lead the regional payroll and Time & Attendance landscape, assessing processes, ensuring compliance with legislation, and driving standardization, scalability and operational excellence across EME
You design, implement and oversee a highly integrated global payroll and T&A solution, collaborating with vendors, SMEs and cross‑functional partners to ensure accuracy, efficiency and continuous improvement
You provide strategic guidance to senior leadership, manage payroll‑related transformation projects, and develop policies, guidelines and processes aligned with global HR Operations and AGCO’s strategic objectives
You manage and develop payroll teams and vendor relationships, establish and monitor SLAs, ensure strong internal controls, support audits, and maintain SOX‑compliant processes and documentation
You drive data‑based decision‑making, including reporting, risk assessments, cash forecasting, process optimization, and change management, while fostering effective collaboration across regions and time zones
Your Experience and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 10 years of payroll experience within a multinational organization
Demonstrated leadership in payroll functions with in‑depth knowledge of EME payroll processes and proven performance as a process manager
Proficiency in ADP payroll systems or comparable platforms, along with advanced skills in Microsoft Office
Experience managing projects and initiatives across multiple countries, business units and virtual environments, including the coordination of international teams
Proven track record in driving process improvements, managing complex payroll issues and shaping operational standards
