Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end payroll operations for 2,000+ employees
• Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing across multiple departments
• Streamline payroll systems and improve operational workflows
• Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement
• Maintain compliance with payroll regulations, policies, and reporting requirements
• Collaborate with HR, finance, and operations teams to resolve payroll-related matters
• Monitor payroll data integrity, reporting, and system performance

Qualifications

• Experience managing high-volume payroll operations required
• Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with payroll software, reporting systems, and process automation
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Leadership or management experience preferred
