The Payroll Manager is accountable for the end‑to‑end delivery ofaccurate,timely, and compliantpayroll services for a defined group of countries.The roleis responsible fordevelopingand implementingstandardized methodologiesin partnership with Global ProcessOwners,business partners(Capability Center Team, whenlocatedinlocal country), andother cross-functional teams, serving as a regional focal for operations, project, and/or audits.The rolewillprovide leadership and guidance to assigned team memberswhile managing the performance of vendor partnerstomaintainprocesses that support payroll administration

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
A minimumof7years of prior experiencein Payroll,HRandorFinance operations
A minimum of3years in a Management/People Leader role isrequired
Strong experience managing multi‑country payroll operations
Proven experience overseeing payroll controls, compliance, audits, and statutory requirements.
Demonstrated ability to lead teams through change in a fast‑paced, matrixedenvironment
Strong analytical, decision‑making, and problem‑solving capabilities.
Excellent English language written and verbal communication abilities, with strong presentation and facilitation skills and can speak to a diverse set of audiences
Adaptable and capable of navigatingthrough ambiguity & work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Experience in knowledge management systems andproficiencywithcompliance requirements (e.g.SOX, business controls, etc.) are preferred
Certification in the following areasarepreferred: Payroll, Project Management, Analytics, Lean Six Sigma/Design Thinking.
