Job Description

Global Shared Services HR Payroll and Benefits South America division is searching for an Intern to Payroll and Benefits team, to perform the main tasks as below:

  • Support to provide labor documents according to clients requests;
  • Analyze pending documentation submitted by contracts.
  • Support the preparation of reports and spreadsheets for the department.
  • Provide assistance to employees and clarify questions regarding labor documentation.
  • Perform other administrative tasks related to the department.
  • Support to provide documents for internal/external inspections and audits;
  • Excel controls;
  • Digital files;

  • Studing Administration, Human Resources or Accounting with graduation predicted to December 2028 or later
  • Fluent in English
  • Native in Portuguese
  • Desirable: Skills in Excel/ Power BI/Microsoft Forms
  • Availability to work 30 hours per week
