In this role, you will manage the monthly payroll process, maintain accurate employee records, and ensure compliance with governmental regulations. You will be the primary contact for employee HR and compensation inquiries, while also overseeing sick leave and maternity-related leave management. Additionally, you'll administer working time regulations and support the configuration and use of the time management system.
Your Responsibilities
Back up and manage the monthly payroll process, including data gathering, verification, and provision to the third-party payroll provider.
Maintain employee payroll records, data, and documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with governmental regulations.
Coordinate occupational medicine and issue medical examination referrals.
Serve as the primary contact for employee queries related to HR, compensation, and pay slips.
Check and manage sick leaves and maternity-related leaves in the system, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant policies and regulations, as well as facilitating communication.
Administer working time regulations, overtime calculations, and the time management tool, including administration, configuration, and user support.
Our requirements
Bachelor's or master’s degree in a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll and HR processing.
Strong understanding of regulations related to payroll, compensation, benefits, and labor law.
Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records and data.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 Suite, especially Microsoft Excel.
English proficiency at a minimum B2 level.
Knowledge of HR and payroll systems, e.g., Workday, Calamari, or Symfonia, would be an advantage.
