About this Position

We are looking for a Payroll & Administration Specialist to join our HR team in Romania and support key payroll and personnel administration processes. In this role, you will contribute to accurate employee data management, timely payroll processing and high-quality HR administrative support.

What you´ll do

  • Manage and maintain employee data in HR and payroll systems, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
  • Support the monthly payroll process, including data collection, validation, salary elements, deductions and payroll reporting.
  • Prepare and manage employee documents, personnel files, certificates, REGES records and other HR administration documentation.
  • Monitor leaves, absences, maternity/paternity topics and other employee lifecycle changes.
  • Prepare payroll and HR administration reports for internal stakeholders and authorities.
  • Provide prompt and reliable support to employees and managers on payroll and personnel administration topics.

What makes you a good fit

  • Completed higher education degree (Bachelor's degree or equivalent)
  • Human Resources Inspector Certification or an equivalent qualification in Human Resources Administration
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in personnel administration and payroll processing
  • Intermediate level of English proficiency
  • Knowledge of DP-Payroll is considered an advantage.
