Mission Overview:

Keystone Solutions is seeking an experienced Payroll & HR Administration Consultant for a consultancy mission at a client site in Brussels. This role requires on-site presence during the initial phase, with the possibility of hybrid working arrangements thereafter. As a consultant representing Keystone Solutions, you will quickly become an integral part of the team, addressing increased workload and tight timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Approximately 1/3 Payroll management
• Approximately 2/3 HR Administration (contracts, addenda, employee files, HR-related queries, etc.)
• Supporting daily HR operations and administrative processes
• Working with HR data and reporting

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience in Payroll and HR Administration
• HR Accent experience is mandatory
• Excellent knowledge of Dutch and French (mandatory)
• Strong Excel skills
• Experience with HR reporting is considered a strong asset
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment
