Job Role:

Are you a payroll professional who enjoys ownership, accuracy, and making a real impact? We're looking for a Payroll Expert to manage end-to-end payroll operations for the Czech Republic and ensure employees are paid accurately, on time, and in compliance with local legislation.

You'll work closely with HR, Finance, and external partners, acting as a trusted payroll expert while helping drive process improvements and an excellent employee experience. This is a fully office-based role (5 days per week on-site), providing close collaboration with colleagues, stakeholders, and the broader business.

What you'll do

  • Own and execute end-to-end payroll processing for the Czech Republic

  • Ensure compliance with Czech payroll, tax, and social security regulations

  • Manage payroll inputs including absences, overtime, benefits, and deductions

  • Act as the key contact for employee payroll queries and issue resolution

  • Partner with HR, Finance, payroll vendors, and local authorities

  • Support payroll audits, reconciliations, and system enhancements

  • ​Prepare statutory filings and payroll reporting

  • Identify opportunities to improve, standardize, and automate payroll processes

What you'll bring

  • Extensive years of payroll experience

  • End-to-end payroll processing experience

  • Knowledge of Czech payroll legislation, taxation, and social security requirements

  • Experience working with payroll systems and Excel

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

  • High attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines

  • Fluent Czech and English
