Payroll Expert (all genders)
in Vollzeit in unserer Division Human Resources in Kleinostheim nahe Frankfurt zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt gesucht.
Deine Aufgaben:
Eigenverantwortliche Durchführung der monatlichen Entgeltabrechnung für rund 500 Mitarbeitende mit DATEV LODAS sowie Sicherstellung einer termingerechten und fehlerfreien Payroll
Fachliche Verantwortung für den gesamten Payroll-Bereich sowie Betreuung aller abrechnungsrelevanten Prozesse über den gesamten Employee Lifecycle hinweg
Ansprechpartner für Mitarbeitende, Behörden, Sozialversicherungsträger und Wirtschaftsprüfer in allen abrechnungs- und sozialversicherungsrechtlichen Fragestellungen
Erstellung von Bescheinigungen, Reports und HR-Kennzahlen
sowie enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Controlling (bspw. zur Kontenabstimmung)
Betreuung komplexer Themen wie betriebliche Altersversorgung und Altersteilzeit
Mitwirkung bei M&A-Projekten sowie Sicherstellung der payrollseitigen Integration neuer Gesellschaften
Aktive Mitarbeit an der Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung von Payroll- und HR-Prozessen
Dein Profil:
Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise mit einer Weiterbildung im Personalwesen (z. B. Personalkaufmann/-frau (IHK)) oder im Bereich Entgeltabrechnung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Entgeltabrechnung, idealerweise mit DATEV LODAS
Fundierte Kenntnisse im Lohnsteuer- und Sozialversicherungsrecht sowie ein sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office Anwendungen, insbesondere Excel
Selbstständige, strukturierte und serviceorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie ein hohes Maß an Verantwortungsbewusstsein
Ausgeprägte Zahlenaffinität, Organisationsgeschick und eine sorgfältige, detailorientierte Arbeitsweise
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse zur erfolgreichen regionalen und internationalen Zusammenarbeit; weitere Fremdsprachen sind von Vorteil
