We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading and well established organisation in Malta, currently seeking a detail oriented Payroll Executive to join their dynamic team.
This role is ideal for someone organised, analytical, and confident managing payroll processes with accuracy and confidentiality.
As Payroll Executive, you will manage payroll operations, ensure compliance with local regulations, and provide clear support to employees on payroll matters.
• Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes
• Calculate salaries accurately and resolve payroll discrepancies
• Compile and monitor monthly payroll reports
• Respond to employee payslip queries in a professional and timely manner
• Prepare FS5 forms and submit FS7 documentation online
• Support additional payroll related administrative duties
• O Level standard of education
• 1 to 2 years experience in payroll
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills (essential)
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word
• Experience with Indigo payroll software is considered an asset
• Good command of Maltese and English
• High level of accuracy, confidentiality, and organisation
