QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
A minimum of10years of prior experiencein Payroll,HR, and/or Financeoperations
A minimum of5years in aManagementPeople Leadershiprole isrequired
Demonstrated success in leading complex, matrixed payroll organizations at scale.
Experience in managing external vendors isrequired
Strongexpertisein payroll governance, controls, compliance, and audit frameworks.
Proven ability to manage executive stakeholders and navigate ambiguity.
Effective partnership and relationship-building skills,operatingas a global leader with understanding & appreciation ofdifferent cultures, with the ability to influence others and driveoutcomes.
Strong analytical, decision‑making, and problem‑solving capabilities.
Excellent English language written and verbal communication abilities, with strong presentation and facilitation skills and can speak to a diverse set of audiences
Experience in knowledge management systems andproficiencywith compliance requirements (e.g.SOX, business controls, etc.) are preferred
Certification in the following areasarepreferred: Payroll, Project Management,Analytics,Lean Six SigmaDesign Thinking.
