This role is located at the Enterprise Mobility Corporate Headquarters in Clayton, MO and offers a hybrid schedule.

Responsibilities

We are hiring now for immediate openings. Responsibilities include:

Payroll Processing & Accuracy

  • Process weekly, bi‑weekly, and/or monthly payrolls, including reviewing, analyzing, and correcting errors
  • Perform accurate and timely data entry of employee information
  • Calculate and produce manual checks as needed

Employee Support & Communication

  • Answer routine payroll and payroll tax–related questions from employees and Groups with clarity and professionalism.

Reporting, Projects & Continuous Support

  • Assist in the completion of ad hoc requests and special projects to support departmental needs.

Qualifications

Minimum

  • H.S. Diploma/GED
  • Must have 1 year minimum of payroll experience
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
  • Will not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future

Preferred:

  • Associates Degree or 2 years of college level coursework
  • Certified Payroll Professional (CPP)
  • Basic knowledge of FLSA, Federal withholding requirements and state statutes governing payroll
  • Strong math skills; intermediate algebra
