To work as a coach operator payroll coordinator.
Job duties would include:
Timesheet, Exceptions, Dues and other data entry
Attendance Scheduling Forms (ASF) file creation
Shared mailbox management of emails
Printing, organizing and filing of timesheets and other items
Scanning
Payroll Transition Listing (PTL) / Union Business Work (UBW) and Paystub emailing
Paystub sealing, applying postage, accounting for information and mailing
Union billing and other preparation
Candidate should have Excel, Word, PDF and payroll experience.
Schedule is 40 hours/week. Monday thru Friday 9:30am – 5:00pm during training, ok to work 8:30am – 4:00pm after training.

Duration: 3 to 6 months
Pay: $27.50 per hour
