Join Veolia's high-performing national payroll team and play a key role in delivering accurate, compliant payroll services to thousands of employees across Australia. You'll support payroll system implementations and transformation initiatives, leveraging expertise in payroll operations, Enterprise Agreements, and legislation.
As a payroll subject matter expert, you'll ensure SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll and workforce management systems are accurately configured, tested, and compliant with all legislative and industrial requirements, while driving continuous improvement across one of Australia's most recognised sustainability leaders.

Conduct comprehensive payroll testing across UKG Pro and SAP ECP environments to validate accurate calculations of all payroll components
Interpret complex EAs and payroll legislation to ensure accurate system configuration, develop compliant test cases, validate business rules, and provide payroll compliance advice to teams and stakeholders
Act as payroll subject matter expert during EA renewals and UAT, identifying defects and collaborating with teams to resolve payroll discrepancies
Work closely with Payroll & the Time & Attendance team through design, testing and deployment phases, define payroll requirements, and contribute to transformation initiatives
Perform payroll reconciliations, analyse variances, produce compliance reports, and maintain current knowledge of payroll legislation
5+ years' experience in complex end-to-end payroll environments
Proven payroll testing, UAT and validation experience
Experience supporting payroll system implementations or transformation projects
Demonstrated knowledge of Enterprise Agreements, Awards and payroll legislation
Advanced Excel skills for payroll analysis and reconciliation
