Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM

New Horizons In-Home Care is hiring a Payroll Assistant to support payroll operations for over 4,500 employees across Oregon and Washington. What you’ll do:
• Assist with bi-weekly payroll processing for 4,000+ employees
• Respond to employee payroll questions by phone and email
• Maintain accurate payroll records and data integrity
• Collaborate with the payroll team to ensure efficient operations
• Build payroll knowledge and develop into a Payroll Specialist role
