Desired Skills

Our ideal candidate will be/have:

• Minimum of 6 years of experience with processing payroll (start to finish)
• English proficiency is a must.
• At least 2 years of experience working in SAP and other processing payroll systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook
• Advanced knowledge of Excel (formulas, V-look up, etc.)
• Ability to multi-task and to meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills and the ability to form strong partnerships with internal and external customers and vendors.
• Utilizes the utmost discretion in handling confidential information.
• Demonstrates flexibility and adaptability.
• Team player mentality
• Experience with LATAM regions geographies is a must
• Experience with SSC/GBS organizations is a plus.
