As a Payroll Analyst you will support processing of payroll, complete audits, perform reconciliations and with payroll provider handle all daily operational activities.
You will report to the Global Payroll Manager.
You will work from the office in Krakow and with the option to work remote -a split between office / remote will be agreed based on the current needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze and validate payroll outputs (G2N/WTR Reports, pay slips, time data reports).
Support compliance related tasks related to payroll (make sure third-party payments/reporting is done as per legally required).
Maintain employee records, including voluntary and involuntary deductions.
Prepare regular payroll reports and ad hoc reports as needed.
Work on stabilization/improving relationships with payroll vendor.
Maintain written procedures documenting compliance and processes.
Manage reporting for employee pension and benefits contributions and employer matching
Work with HR and Finance systems to maintain accurate payroll and pension records and ensure accurate reporting to pension administrators
Assist in resolving issues related to salary, insurances and pension accounts
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Economic or equivalent experience.
Minimum 3 years’ experience working in a German payroll environment
Experience with SAP and SuccessFactor is positive.
Very good understanding of payroll terms
Knowledge in German payroll and pension law
Great skills in Microsoft package, especially in Excel.
Fluent in German and English, both speaking and written.
We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be 7,333 to 9,133 PLN gross per month.
In addition to the base pay, this role may be eligible for incentive pay based on company and individual performance.
