Role location: Hybrid (three days in-office, two days virtual)

The Payroll Analyst is responsible for managing the end-to-end payroll process for employees across Indonesia, Singapore, Thailand, and the UAE, ensuring accurate and timely salary payments in compliance with local statutory and regulatory requirements. This role partners closely with internal stakeholders, payroll vendors, and government agencies to maintain payroll accuracy, resolve payroll-related issues, and ensure all statutory contributions and filings are completed on schedule. The Payroll Analyst also supports process improvements, compliance initiatives, audits, and other ad hoc projects to enhance payroll operations and employee experience.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

  • Acts as a specialist to oversee and execute complex payroll operations.

  • Executes large-scale projects and processes within the payroll domain, ensuring successful outcomes.

  • Instructs with limited oversight, coaches, reviews, and delegates work to lower-level professionals.

  • Handles difficult and often complex issues related to payroll operations, influencing policies and procedures.

  • Advises the payroll team to address complex inquiries, fostering effective communication within the team.

  • Contributes to the development and enhancement of payroll policies and procedures for the organization.

  • Interfaces with others regarding policies, practices, and procedures within the payroll domain. Directs groups to identify opportunities for continuous improvement in payroll processes, implementing best practices. Ensures strict adherence to established payroll policies and procedures, maintaining high-quality standards.

WHAT YOU BRING:

  • At least 5 years of experience in handling PH, Singapore and Thailand Payroll

  • Experienced individual role encapsulating facilitating operational tasks that contribute to departmental outcomes, managing the implementation of systems, processes, or products to improve performance.

  • Responsibilities include addressing-complex issues with considerable independence, applying analysis and judgment to guide decisions.

  • Experienced with regular communication with external contacts such as customers, vendors, and requiring information exchange.

  • Can operates with limited supervision, providing guidance and training to others while supporting broader team goals.
