Responsibilities
1. Responsible for monthly end-to-end payroll activities such as collating and validating inputs, output and statutory reporting;
2. Participate in the improvement and implementation of payroll processes and systems to improve efficiency and accuracy;
3. Support payroll and benefit processes landing according to new policies or law and regulation changes;
4. Provide payroll reporting & analysis with the Finance team and assist with internal and external audits;
5. Manage payroll vendors effectively by strictly adhering to the contract and SLA;
6. Develop relationships with authorities, not limited to Social Security, Tax, etc;
7. Partnering and working collaboratively with HR Business Partners, HR Operations team to elevate employee experience.
