Job Title

Payroll Analyst (Fixed-term)We are looking for a highly organized and detail‑oriented Payroll Project Specialist to support our ongoing payroll transition activities in Germany. This role will play a key part in coordinating with external payroll vendor, validating system and process changes, supporting testing cycles, and ensuring a smooth and compliant transition to the new payroll operating model.

The ideal candidate has strong payroll knowledge, excellent communication skills, and experience working in a project‑driven environment.

About the Role:

  • Support end-to-end payroll transition activities across assigned countries.
  • Prepare and validate all required documentation, data, and process details for transition readiness.
  • Track project milestones, risks, and dependencies, and escalate issues as needed.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between internal stakeholders and external payroll vendors, ensuring effective coordination.
  • Execute payroll testing, including test cases and parallel runs, and validate vendor outputs against expected and legacy payroll results.

About You:

  • Proven experience in payroll operations, transitions, or implementation projects, preferably in a multi-country environment.
  • Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage timelines and deliverables.
  • High attention to detail with experience in data validation, reporting, and payroll testing activities.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external vendors.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, identify risks, and proactively resolve issues in a fast-paced environment.
