This position belongs to the BPS (Business Process Solutions) area of the company

͏Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience.
• Advanced Excel skills
• English intermediated-advanced level.
• Knowledge of Mexican Social Security Law (LFT), Mexican Social Security Institute
• (IMSS), and Income Tax Law (ISR)
• Basic understanding of HR processes and familiarity with WFA processes.
• Experience with severance payments and profit sharing (PTU) calculations
• Experience with ERP systems (TRESS payroll system desirable)

R͏esponsibilities

• Support end-to-end payroll processing activities, ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time.
• Review, validate, and reconcile payroll data including earnings, deductions, taxes, benefits, and other payroll-related transactions.
• Analyze payroll reports and identify discrepancies, exceptions, or potential errors before payroll finalization.
• Investigate and resolve payroll issues in collaboration with HR, Finance, and external payroll providers when applicable.
• Perform payroll audits and reconciliation activities to ensure data integrity and compliance with internal controls.
• Maintain employee payroll records and ensure data accuracy within payroll systems.
• Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws, tax regulations, statutory requirements, and company policies.
• Generate recurring and ad hoc payroll reports for management, Finance, HR, and audit purposes.
• Support year-end payroll activities, audits, regulatory reporting, and payroll documentation requirements.
• Participate in payroll process improvement initiatives and contribute to operational efficiency.
• Handle sensitive employee information with the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism.
