Hybrid opportunity in Miami Lakes, FL.
The Payroll Analyst is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of multi-state semi-monthly payrolls, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. This role reviews and audits payroll data, including timecards, time and attendance records, employee accruals, taxes, deductions, and garnishments, to ensure payroll accuracy. The Payroll Analyst serves as a resource for managers and employees, resolves payroll-related issues, supports reporting and reconciliations, and drives process improvements to ensure efficient payroll operations.

EDUCATION
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field or equivalent experience required.
