We are currently seeking a part-time Payroll Analyst to join our team. The Payroll Analyst will be responsible for processing and managing payroll for our employees. This is a critical role within our organization as accurate and timely payroll is essential to the success of our business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Maintain employee payroll records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Review and reconcile payroll data to ensure accuracy and resolve any discrepancies
- Prepare and distribute payroll reports to management and other stakeholders
- Process employee changes such as new hires, terminations, and salary adjustments
- Calculate and process bonuses, commissions, and other compensation payments
- Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 2 years of experience in payroll processing and analysis
- Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
