Which tasks can you expect?

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing accurate personnel and payroll administration for assigned client(s).
• Following up on, calculating, and checking payroll processing for your client(s).
• Advising and guiding clients on payroll, personnel administration, and social legislation.
• Building long-term trusted relationships with clients.
• Acting as a contact point for the employer. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge and expertise in payroll and personnel administration.
• Continuously identifying and implementing improvements and optimizations in existing work processes.

What do you have to offer?

A passion for payroll and personnel administration, combined with a strong drive to support our clients. In addition, you:

• Have a strong interest in HR, particularly payroll and labor legislation.
• Knowledge of the payroll engine Accurat HCM is an advantage.
• Can work independently and accurately.
• Are strongly results-oriented. Are flexible in meeting client deadlines.
• Are familiar with MS Office applications such as Word and Excel.
• Contribute to team spirit with a healthy dose of humor and flair.
• Possess strong communication skills and have a good command of German and English.

Salary range information will be shared with candidates during the initial interaction with the Talent Acquisition team, either by phone or email.
