Job Overview:
We are seeking a Payroll Administrator (Female Candidate) who is fluent in Arabic to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have experience in payroll processing and be familiar with UAE labor laws and regulations. The candidate must also have excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process payroll for employees on a timely basis
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of payroll data
- Prepare and maintain payroll records
- Calculate and process employee benefits, deductions, and taxes
- Resolve any payroll discrepancies or issues
- Prepare and distribute paychecks or direct deposit statements
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and regulations
- Maintain confidentiality of payroll information
- Communicate with employees regarding payroll inquiries
- Generate payroll reports as needed
- Assist with other HR and administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in payroll processing
- Fluent in Arabic (both written and spoken)
- Knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and payroll software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Contract Details:
This is a full-time, permanent position located in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. The salary and benefits package will be discussed during the interview process.
