At SD Worx, we’re expanding our SAP Managed Payroll Services team and looking for Experienced Payroll Specialists who want to make an impact and grow in an international, professional and people‑focused environment.

About the role:

As our Payroll Administrator, you’ll play a key role in turning payroll complexity into streamlined, high-impact solutions- helping drive the next phase of our growing SAP Managed Payroll Services (MPS)capabilities for Danish Clients and international businesses.

Your expertise and contribution will directly influence how payroll is delivered, optimized, and transformed.

Which tasks can you expect?

  • Orchestrate end-to-end payroll delivery for Danish customers

  • Manage process deviations, assess impact, and recommend solutions

  • Own change requests end-to-end(requirements, pricing, implementation, documentation, training)

  • Ensure alignment and adherence to global and local process standards, considering client needs

  • Maintain and update process documentation(SOPs, DWIs, guidelines)

  • Collaborate with clients and country teamsto ensure smooth operations and alignment

  • Support the design and enhancement of standardized yet locally adaptable processes

  • Handle payroll casesand act as first escalation point

  • Ensure accurate, timely payroll deliveryin line with SLAs

  • Support system updates, testing, and implementations(incl. UAT and parallel runs)

  • Maintain regular client communicationto ensure efficient payroll processing

  • Liaise with external stakeholders(e.g., tax authorities, benefits providers)

  • Manage year-end processingand statutory reporting


What do you have to offer?

  • 1-3 years of experience in Danish Payroll processing

  • Knowledge of SAP Payroll / Employee Central Payroll is highly preferred

  • Experience working with international clients and complex payroll operations

  • A problem-solver mindset with a passion for process improvement and excellence

  • Ability to thrive under pressure while maintaining top-quality delivery

  • Good communication skills (both verbal and written)

  • Fluent in Danish and English languages.

  • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Payroll, Concur, Workforce Management and integration tooling is a plus.

  • Certifications such as CPP, CPS or CPM is a plus.
