About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and detail-focused Payroll Administrator to join our Head Office team on a part-time basis. This is an important role within the business, responsible for delivering accurate and timely weekly payroll processing for approximately 600 employees.
The successful candidate will have strong payroll experience, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work to strict deadlines while maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality and data protection.
Key Responsibilities
The Payroll Administrator will be responsible for:
· Processing end-to-end weekly payroll for approximately 600 employees
· Ensuring payroll is completed accurately, efficiently and in line with deadlines
· Preparing and submitting PAYE, PRSI, USC and Auto-Enrolment liabilities
· Filing payroll returns online through the ROS system
· Maintaining accurate payroll records and employee data
· Responding to payroll queries in a professional and timely manner
· Liaising with colleagues across the Head Office team as required
· Ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, company policies and data protection obligations
· Supporting continuous accuracy and integrity of payroll information

The Ideal Candidate
The successful candidate will have:
· IPASS qualification, or equivalent payroll experience
· Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in a payroll administration role
· Strong working knowledge of Irish payroll legislation
· Experience processing high-volume payroll
· Excellent Excel skills
· Experience using payroll software, preferably Sage Micropay
· Strong attention to detail and accuracy
· Excellent communication and organisational skills
· Ability to manage deadlines and work independently
· A high level of discretion and confidentiality
