Job Description

What you’ll do

• Support in payroll operations for multiple countries within APAC & EMEA regions.
• Collaboration with HR, Finance and other stakeholders to resolve discrepancies & improve payroll operations.
• Process payroll accurately and on schedule. Maintain and update payroll records properly from audit perspective.
• Ensure correctness of the processed data by the payroll provider.
• Support in preparing payments to the employees and authorities.
• Provide input to Financial Shared Service Center on payroll related matters.
• Provide the required support during external and internal audits.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Must stay updated on tax and other payroll related law changes to avoid penalties.
• Support projects related to expansion like taking over new countries.
• Handling employee queries.

What you’ll need

• 1 -3 year of experience in processing payroll
• Degree in Finance / HR
• Experience with APAC & EMEA payroll processing
• Proficient in Microsoft applications
• English should be fluent.
• Strong analytical/problem solving and planning skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

• Detail-oriented with high level of accuracy
• Ability to be flexible in a fast paced, deadline focused environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
