The incumbent will join the Payroll Admin Team within Shared Services to support a range of payroll administrative functions. Responsibilities include maintaining and updating the roster system in alignment with attendance records, reviewing payroll reports to ensure accurate computation of allowances, overtime, and incentives, and processing manual adjustments to address payment discrepancies. The role also includes preparing payment advice for employees upon cessation of service, as well as performing other duties as assigned by the organization.
Requirements
• Minimum Higher NITEC qualification
• Comfortable working with numerical data and payroll-related records
• Meticulous and detail-oriented, with a strong focus on accuracy and timely processing
• Able to work within tight payroll deadlines and follow established SOPs and compliance requirements
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of Pivot Tables, basic formulas and VLOOKUP would be an advantage
• Good communication skills, with the ability to respond to payroll-related queries professionally
• A strong team player who is willing to learn, adapt and support process improvement initiatives
• Prior payroll experience is not required; candidates with the right learning attitude and aptitude will be considered
