YMH is a leading builder of modular dwellings and commercial buildings servicing the Lifestyle, Tourism and Commercial sectors, with facilities in both Mulwala NSW and Bendigo VIC. All our modular buildings are designed and built to the very highest standards with a true focus on quality.

We are seeking a Payrol & HR Administrator to join our team. The position is full-time and based out of our head office in Mulwala with an employer who values your team and solution driven mindset.

You will need to be a confident, detail-oriented individual ready to thrive in a busy administrative setting.

Qualifications:

• Qualifications in Payroll and Human Resources are highly regarded

Skills required:

• A minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Proficiency in Employment Hero and Keypay is highly advantageous
• Strong work ethic and the willingness to help others and work within a team
• Personal pride in the quality of your work and strong attention to detail
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
• Advanced computer literacy and Microsoft Skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent numeracy skills
• Proven organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads effectively
• Ability to follow and drive for procedure improvements & efficiencies
• Confidence to work independently and meet required deadlines

Responsibilities:

• Weekly payroll
• Support end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
• Support performance review cycles and training initiatives
• Assist with HR policy development and compliance
• Contribute to employee engagement and wellbeing programs
• Support the HR & WHS Manager on projects and initiatives
