Job Summary

We are currently seeking a Service Advisor for Payne Rio Grande City Dodge. The Service Advisor will be responsible for greeting customers, assessing their needs, and coordinating vehicle service and repairs. This position will require excellent communication skills, automotive knowledge, and a customer-focused approach.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or vocational training preferred
• Previous experience in automotive customer service or a related field is advantageous
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
• Knowledge of basic automotive systems and maintenance procedures

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a professional and courteous manner
• Consult with customers to understand their vehicle service needs
• Schedule service appointments and provide cost estimates
• Communicate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs
• Keep customers informed of the status of their vehicles
• Address customer concerns and resolve any service-related issues
• Upsell additional services or maintenance as needed
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must have a valid driver's license for at least 3 consecutive years
• Must have or be able to get a Texas driver's license
• Must have a clean driving record
