We are seeking a Service Advisor to join our team at Payne Edinburg. The Service Advisor will be responsible for greeting customers, assessing their service needs, and providing clear and accurate information on repairs and maintenance. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining strong relationships with our clientele.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proven customer service experience in a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of automotive systems and services is a plus.
- Proficiency in computer software systems.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers and provide exceptional service throughout their visit.
- Consult with customers to determine vehicle issues and maintenance requirements.
- Clearly explain repair estimates and advise on necessary services.
- Schedule service appointments and follow up on completed work.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with the service team to ensure timely and quality repairs.
- Keep abreast of product updates, service policies, and warranty information.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized service department environment.
